The Butcher's Block is a renowned restaurant and butcher shop in Long Branch, NJ. Their COVID-era e-commerce setup worked, but had significant technical overhead: separate domains, stalled subscriptions, and no inventory management. They needed a rebuild that wouldn't disrupt subscription revenue for their growing online butcher shop.
I merged the domains, rebuilt the subscription system, and added inventory management and shipping features on a revamped Shopify setup. Styling matched their restaurant menus, accessibility was prioritized, and I documented everything so they could run it themselves.
Daily sales +82%. New customer sales +134%. Subscriptions +150%. Search engine revenue share: 7% → 49%.
