Chomp is an insurance brokerage that needed help with client onboarding on their existing website. I built a multi-step quoting form in React and Next.js that sends directly to the CRM.
Which questions go upfront
We determined which questions were needed to price a policy versus which could wait for a follow-up call. Fewer required fields upfront means more submissions — the form doesn't ask for everything, just enough to have a real conversation.
The design stays approachable: bright colors, clean type, subtle animations.
